Renting a construction heater in NYC

We rent heaters by the day, week or month and deliver to all five boroughs, or you can pick up at 181 2nd Ave, Brooklyn. Contractors use them to keep crews warm, protect fresh concrete, plaster and paint from the cold, and dry out wet areas. Fuel-burning heaters need fresh air. Never run them in a sealed room.

Heater rental FAQs

Can I use a forced-air heater indoors?

Only in a well ventilated space. These heaters make carbon monoxide, so follow the manufacturer warnings and keep fresh air moving.

Propane or diesel?

Both are available on the Mi-T-M models. Tell us which fuel you can supply.

How many BTU do I need?

It depends on the space, the insulation and how cold it is outside. As a starting point, the 175,000 BTU Mi-T-M is rated for areas up to about 4,000 sq ft and the 300,000 BTU model for up to about 7,000 sq ft.

Do you deliver heaters?

Yes, to all five NYC boroughs.
