Dri-Eaz F270 Pre-Filter for DefendAir HEPA 500

F270 Pre-filter for the HEPA 500 in Brooklyn, NYC

The F270 is the first-stage pleated pre-filter for the Dri-Eaz DefendAir HEPA 500. It catches larger particles before they reach the HEPA filter, which keeps airflow up and makes the HEPA last longer. On very dusty jobs you can run two pre-filters.

We carry F270 filters for the HEPA 500 units we rent. Add them to your rental, or pick them up at our Brooklyn yard if you run your own HEPA 500.

When to Replace the F270

Inspect it before each use and change it when you see dust building up on the face of the filter. Wear gloves and a respirator when you change filters on mold, sewage or dust jobs, bag the used filter and dispose of it according to local rules.
